My name is Alecia Watson, and I am an Accredited Practicing Dietitian in Portland, Victoria, Australia.
I have been practicing Nutrition & Dietetics for over 10 years and specialise in diabetes and weight management having worked with Professor Geoff Nicholson, endocrinologist, for the last 8 years.

I studied in Wagga Wagga, NSW as a mature-age student and graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.
I love all things rural and especially the country lifestyle I am afforded here in Portland, Victoria (my hometown) and love to help people with their nutrition any way I can.
I am a very basic cook and like to keep changes as simple as possible making them easy to accomplish and sustain over the long term.
That said, I can accommodate any gourmet chefs as well!
