At Accountable dietetics, we are able to create unique meal plans specialised to your needs. However, this is a time-consuming process and as such an appropriate fee is applicable. While meal plans can be good in the short term, at the end of the day, they will not teach you HOW to eat. That takes time and specialised advice from an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (me!).
